The rules and guidelines for using CarePostNow.
Welcome to CarePostNow. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at carepostnow.xyz (the “Platform”) operated by CarePostNow (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
CarePostNow is available to individuals and organizations located in Massachusetts, United States. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
The Platform serves two types of users:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@carepostnow.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may only create one account per person or organization. You may not transfer your account to another party without our written consent.
Caregivers may create a profile and browse shifts on CarePostNow at no cost. There are no hidden fees for caregivers to use any feature of the Platform. CarePostNow reserves the right to introduce optional paid features for caregivers in the future with advance notice.
Care teams may access the Platform under the following pricing options:
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
No Refunds:
All payments are final. We do not issue refunds once a job listing has gone live on the Platform. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us at support@carepostnow.xyz within 7 days of the charge.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all information you post on the Platform, including:
You agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent information. CarePostNow does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted content, certifications, or credentials. Users rely on each other's representations at their own risk.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
CarePostNow is a job board platform only. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or employment placement service. We do not participate in, control, or bear responsibility for:
All contact between caregivers and care teams occurs directly via messaging, email, or phone. CarePostNow is not a party to any employment relationship formed through the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we determine that you have:
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Fees paid prior to termination for cause are non-refundable.
All content, design, trademarks, and code comprising the CarePostNow Platform are owned by or licensed to CarePostNow. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
By posting content on the Platform (such as your caregiver profile or shift listing), you grant CarePostNow a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Platform for the purpose of operating the shift marketplace.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CarePostNow makes no representations that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant that job listings are accurate, complete, or that employment will result from use of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarePostNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, hiring disputes, employment outcomes, or unauthorized access to your account.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to CarePostNow in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@carepostnow.xyz and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
